As the founder of Drost Appraisal Services, Chris offers comprehensive appraisal expertise across many industries, with a specialty in commercial properties like single- and multi-tenant facilities, restaurants, bars, apartments, self-storage facilities, industrial sites, and aviation hangars. He also brings valuable experience in residential property valuations and land appraisals for timberland, recreational sites, and productive farmland.

Chris is United State Navy Veteran and active in the local community as a trustee for the Village of Haugen. He regularly volunteers with civic projects.
